Cabinet Making and Woodturning

I use traditional techniques and craftmanship to repair, selecting carefully matched materials in keeping with your piece of furniture.

Polishing

This picture is an example of traditional polishing, on a Victorian table. I also offer French polishing, wax polishing and spray finishes for mid 20th century furniture and later. In addition I can help with upcycling with paint effects.

Desk Leathers

I am able to supply and fit new leathers to desks, writing slopes and tables. A beautiful way to lift the look.

Metal Working

Most aspects of metalwork covered in relation to furniture, including refurbishment of period castor, fixing broken locks and hand making replacement keys.

Glazing For Furniture, Doors and Clocks

When glass is broken on a cabinet door or a clock hood, don't despair, I am able to fit new glass using traditional methods of puttying and beading.

Bespoke Creations Undertaken
